By using Mustle, you agree to these terms. We've written them as clearly as possible — no legal jargon, just straight talk.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Mustle, including signing up for the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. USE OF THE PLATFORM
Mustle is an AI-powered fitness companion platform. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Upload or transmit harmful or malicious content
3. WAITLIST
Joining the Mustle waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. Waitlist position does not constitute a contract or binding agreement. We reserve the right to manage waitlist access at our discretion.
4. TRAINER PARTNER PROGRAM
Trainers and creators who join the Mustle Partner Program agree to additional terms outlined in the Partner Agreement. Revenue share percentages and payout schedules are governed by the Partner Agreement and are subject to change with notice.
The Founding Partner offer of 40% lifetime rev-share is available to the first 20 partners only and is locked in upon signing the Partner Agreement.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Mustle — including the platform design, AI models, brand assets, and technology — is the property of Mustle and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal workout data.
6. DISCLAIMER
Mustle is a fitness companion tool, not a medical device or professional health service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program. Mustle is not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the platform.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mustle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
