We built Mustle to help you train, not to harvest your data. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you join the Mustle waitlist or use our platform, we may collect:
- Email address (when you sign up for the waitlist)
- Workout data you log through voice or text input
- Device and usage information for app performance
- Voice recordings when you use voice logging features
We only collect what we need to provide you with a great experience.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is used to:
- Deliver and improve the Mustle experience
- Send you updates about your waitlist status and launch
- Power your AI fitness companion with your workout history
- Provide relevant trainer recommendations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
3. WAITLIST DATA
When you join our waitlist, we store your email address securely via Netlify Forms. This is used solely to notify you when Mustle launches and to send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. VOICE DATA
Voice logging is a core feature of Mustle. Audio input is processed to log your workout data and is not stored in raw form beyond what is needed for session processing. We take extra care with voice data given its sensitive nature.
5. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure data storage. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
